Physical Therapy

At Unlimited, our physical therapy programs are built for athletes and active adults who are looking for more than a generic, cookie-cutter approach to care. You’re not just looking to feel “a little better”—you want to understand your body, fix the root cause of your pain, and get back to performing at a high level for the long haul. At Unlimited, you can trust that every session is 100% one-on-one with your provider, no passing you off to techs, and no cookie-cutter programs. You’ll work directly with a clinician who understands the demands of training and competition—because we’ve been in your shoes.

Your plan is fully individualized to you—your injury, your sport, your training history, and your goals. Whether you’re dealing with a nagging overuse injury, coming back from surgery, or trying to break through a performance plateau, we tailor every session to meet you where you are and move you forward. Your care may include a combination of hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, targeted mobility work, and progressive strength and conditioning. But more importantly, everything we do has a purpose. We don’t just treat symptoms—we build capacity to give you long-term results.

Our process is built around three phases: Restore, Build, Perform.

In the Restore phase, we focus on calming pain, improving mobility, and addressing the underlying limitations that are holding you back. This is where we identify the true root cause of your issue—not just where it hurts, but why it’s happening. You’ll start to feel better, but more importantly, you’ll start to move better.

From there, we transition into the Build phase. This is where real change happens. We develop strength, control, and resilience through progressive, targeted exercise. This phase is not just about getting out of pain—it’s about making sure you’re stronger than you were before.

Finally, we move into the fun part, the Perform phase. This is where we prepare you to return to your sport or active lifestyle with confidence. We focus on higher-level movement, power, and sport-specific demands so that when you step back on the field, you can trust with confidence that you are ready to rock and roll. Our goal is for you to leave not only pain-free, but more capable, more resilient, and better equipped to handle whatever you put your body through.

At Unlimited, this isn’t traditional physical therapy. It’s a performance-driven approach designed to help you move better, train harder, and stay in the game longer.
