Frequently Asked Questions

At Unlimited Physical Therapy and Sports Performance, we understand you may have questions about our services and what to expect for your visit. Here are some of our frequently asked questions, but feel free to reach out with any additional questions.

  • We specialize in athletes and active adults, but everyone is welcome here!

  • All sessions are 55-60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

  • We are an out of network provider, which allows us the freedom to prioritize what matters most - our patients. We are happy to provide you with a superbill for your visits to submit to your insurance company. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement from any third parties, many patients have more out of network benefits than expected. By working directly for our patients instead of insurance companies, we are able to provide true one-on-one, individualized care without restrictions on our treatments. This personalized model often leads to faster progress and fewer total visits, which saves you money.

  • We accept HSA, FSA, credit, debit, cash, and check.

  • No. North Carolina is a direct access state for physical therapy, which means you don’t need a prescription from another provider.

  • We offer a variety of programs that are based on your needs, goals, and preferences. Schedule a free consultation to discuss the best plan for your goals.
