Physical Therapy

At Unlimited, our physical therapy programs are designed for athletes and active adults who are looking for more than the basic “cookie cutter approach.” Each session is one-on-one with your provider and is tailored to your injury, sport, and goals. This can include manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, mobility, exercise prescription, etc.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a skilled intervention that uses a thin needle to target tight, painful, or dysfunctional tissue. It is effective for treating trigger points, improving mobility, and accelerating the healing process. Dry needling is effective for a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including sports injuries, overuse injuries, and more.

Blood Flow Restriction

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training is a highly effective technique that allows you to build strength using lighter weights, making it ideal for injury recovery, pain management, and performance optimization. BFR allows you to achieve meaningful strength gains with 20–30% of your normal lifting load, making it especially useful for post-operative rehab, persistent pain, or if heavy lifting isn’t tolerated. BFR can help build strength and get you back to your sport faster with confidence.
