Megan is the owner of Unlimited Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. Megan is a former Division-I athlete, competing on the gymnastics team at Eastern Michigan University where she received her undergraduate degree in exercise science. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Duke University. She is passionate about providing 1:1, individualized care to athletes and active adults. Megan has experience working with pediatric and college athletes, high level runners, and lifelong athletes. Her favorite sports to treat include gymnasts, football, and running.

Megan has experience in Olympic Sports through working with the strength and conditioning department at Virginia Tech. Then, she spent a year and a half working with the Sports Medicine Staff and Strength and Conditioning staff for Duke Football. She is passionate about blending strength and conditioning principles with rehab principles to maximize therapeutic effect and help to improve athlete’s performance.

Outside of the clinic, Megan loves creating memories with her husband, Lee. You can often find them at a Duke or Virginia Tech sporting event. She is also a distance runner herself, and enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors.
