Why Choose Unlimited?

We understand what it’s like to perform at the highest level, because we’ve lived it both as competitive athletes and as clinicians. At Unlimited, that perspective shapes everything we do. We are deeply committed to one-on-one, individualized care, meaning you will never be passed off to staff or given a “one size fits all,” cookie-cutter recovery program. Every session is intentionally designed for you, your goals, and getting you ready to compete at a high level again. Our goal is that when you complete physical therapy, you are pain free, moving better, stronger than before, and understand how to decrease the likelihood of your pain returning.

Our Three Step Process

Restore

Step one is getting you out of pain as fast as we can. This phase is about identifying and correcting the root cause of your pain. Here, we create the framework needed to make sure you are ready to tolerate adding stress and load back into the system.

Build

This is where we strategically reintroduce load and activity again. The build phase is focused on developing strength, stability, and motor control by utilizing progressive overload. This phase is designed to improve how you generate power, absorb force, and maintain proper mechanics under fatigue so that your body is ready to handle the demands of your sport again.

Perform

The perform phase is where rehab meets high level performance. We want to make sure that when you return to play, you are prepared to compete with confidence and perform at a higher level than before. We will work together to give you a long term plan to help keep your pain at bay.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a skilled intervention that uses a thin needle to target tight, painful, or dysfunctional tissue. It is effective for treating trigger points, improving mobility, and accelerating the healing process. Dry needling is effective for a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including sports injuries, overuse injuries, and more.

Blood Flow Restriction

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training is a highly effective technique that allows you to build strength using lighter weights, making it ideal for injury recovery, pain management, and performance optimization. BFR allows you to achieve meaningful strength gains with 20–30% of your normal lifting load, making it especially useful for post-operative rehab, persistent pain, or if heavy lifting isn’t tolerated. BFR can help build strength and get you back to your sport faster with confidence.
