This isn’t a generic template or app-based workout plan. Each program is designed by a physical therapist who understands both rehab and performance, ensuring that what you’re doing is not only effective, but appropriate for your specific needs. The focus is on building strength, improving capacity, and reducing the risk of future flare-ups—so you’re not stuck in the cycle of pain and time off.
You’ll also have ongoing access to your physical therapist throughout the program. As you progress, we’ll adjust your plan, answer questions, and make modifications as needed to keep you moving forward.
